1. What is DERMOVATE  and what is it used for?

DERMOVATE is a member of a group of drugs called topical steroids that are applied to the skin. Topical steroids reduce the itching and redness of certain skin problems.

DERMOVATE is used to reduce the effects of inflammation in skin problems such as psoriasis and difficult-to-treat eczema.

2. How to use DERMOVATE?

If there is anything you do not understand or have difficulty with, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Make sure the hair is dry before applying. Apply a small amount to the scalp morning and evening until healing occurs. If you are applying to someone else, wash your hands after the application or do the application with gloves.

It can then be applied once a day or less frequently to maintain the improvement achieved.
